Why do I have to put my credit card info to book an appointment?
The booking site asks for a credit card to be placed on file to secure your appointment. Because we value everyones time, and want you to have an enjoyable experience, we do not double book. The time you book is your time only (with a few exceptions). You have up to 48 hours to reschedule/cancel without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours, a 50% charge will apply to the card. If you NO SHOW, a 100% charge will apply to the card. If the charge fails to process after 2 attempts, you are responsible for paying the outstanding balance PRIOR to any futrue services being rendered.

If you need to purchase hair for your service, please contact us ahead of time to place an order via the contat form. The hair available for purchase is either virgin Southeast Asian or raw temple Indian. If you aren't sure what hair you need to purchase, please book a consultation. Due to the nature of the product, all hair sales are final.
