I work from two locations located in Silverlake and DTLA.

The booking site asks for a credit card to be placed on file to secure your appointment. Because we value everyones time, and want you to have an enjoyable experience, we do not double book. The time you book is your time only (with a few exceptions). You have up to 48 hours to reschedule/cancel without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours, a 50% charge will apply to the card. If you NO SHOW, a 100% charge will apply to the card. If the charge fails to process after 2 attempts, you are responsible for paying the outstanding balance PRIOR to any futrue services being rendered.

If you choose not to put a card on file, you can pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 or 50%, whichever is less. You have 60 minutes from the time of booking to pay the deposit via Venmo, Cash App, or Pay Pal. Your appointment is not secure until the deposit is received. If you fail to pay the deposit, your appointment will be cancelled immediately. Because the deposit is non-refundable, you have up to 24 hours to reschedule or cancel the appointment. If you reschedule up to 24 hours of your appointment time, you can apply the deposit to your next appointment if it is within 7 DAYS of the original appointment. If you request an appointment beyond 7 days, a new deposit will be required. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you forfeit the deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If you NO SHOW, you forfeit the deposit AND will be required to pay for your service in full PRIOR to any future services being rendered.
